About This Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and versatile Marketing Lead to manage our social media channels, create and curate engaging content, and craft compelling copy. This individual will support both 886 Studios and Lifelike Capital, the partners behind the ikigai Launchpad program. This role blends creative, strategic, and analytical skills. What You'll Do
Your main priorities will be:
- Content Curation: Plan, create, and publish engaging content—including text, images, and videos—tailored to each platform and audience.
- Social Media: Manage the company’s presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads.
- Events: Collaborate internally to plan and support events, programs and other projects.
Your secondary priorities will be:
- Digital Ads: Run and optimize paid digital ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram promotions, Google Search ads and more), including budget management, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media and digital marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Community Building: Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers and potential customers.
- PR: Coordinate and execute public relations activities, including drafting press releases, managing media outreach, and building relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Special Projects: Support special projects as assigned, including influencer partnerships, event promotions, and content series.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and compelling copy for diverse digital channels. Passion for storytelling.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Basic graphic design skill with Canva.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly digitally-engaged and well-versed in internet trends and communities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-discipline and strong work ethic. Willing to go the extra mile.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin & work authorization in Taiwan
Nice to haves
- Previous experience with design tools, e.g. PhotoShop, Illustrator.
- Experience running and optimizing paid digital ad campaigns.
- Prior experience in event planning and organization.
- A great sense of humor :) Meme literate.
