About This Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and versatile Marketing Lead to manage our social media channels, create and curate engaging content, craft compelling copy, execute digital ad campaigns. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Manage and optimize the company’s presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content—including text, images, and videos—tailored to each platform and audience.
- Run and optimize paid digital ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram promotions, Google Search ads and more), including budget management, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media and digital marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers and potential customers.
- Collaborate internally to support events, programs and other projects
- Support special projects as assigned, including influencer partnerships, event promotions, and content series
- Coordinate and execute public relations activities, including drafting press releases, managing media outreach, and building relationships with journalists and influencers.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and compelling copy for diverse digital channels. Passion for storytelling.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Experience running and optimizing paid digital ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly digitally-engaged and well-versed in internet trends and communities
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Basic graphic design skill with Canva.
- Self-discipline and strong work ethic. Willing to go the extra mile.
- Attention to detail.
Nice to haves
- Previous experience with design tools, e.g. PhotoShop, Illustrator
- Prior experience in event planning and organization
- A great sense of humor :) Meme literate.
