Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Program Manager to own the operations and execution of the ikigai Launchpad accelerator program, while also leading the development of new ecosystem-driven initiatives.
This is an individual contributor role with meaningful ownership and autonomy. You will work closely with founders, mentors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure program excellence and to help shape new programs that address emerging startup ecosystem needs.
Your work will directly influence how 886 Studios supports founders and contributes to Taiwan’s innovation landscape.
Key Responsibilities
(A) ikigai Launchpad Program Operations
- Oversee end-to-end execution of the ikigai Launchpad accelerator program
- Manage operational logistics from onboarding through Demo Day
- Coordinate weekly office hours, workshops, mentor sessions, and program events
- Maintain program documentation, workflows, and operational systems
- Continuously improve program quality and participant experience
(B) New Program Development
- Identify emerging needs and opportunities within the startup ecosystem
- Propose and design new initiatives aligned with 886 Studios’ mission
- Develop structured program frameworks, timelines, and operational plans
- Lead execution from concept to launch, including pilot programs where appropriate
- Track progress, gather feedback, and iterate to ensure long-term sustainability and impact
(C) Program Management (Timeline, Budget & Execution)
- Own program timelines and ensure key milestones are delivered on schedule
- Track program-related budgets and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including mentors, partners, founders, and internal team members
- Proactively identify risks and ensure disciplined, high-quality execution
(D) Founder & Mentor Coordination
- Serve as the primary operational contact for participating startups
- Support founders throughout the program journey
- Coordinate mentor scheduling and engagement
- Facilitate meaningful connections within the 886 network
(E) Marketing & Content Support
- Generate startup-related content from program activities (e.g., founder highlights, ecosystem insights)
- Support content editing and refinement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify program visibility and impact
(F) Event Coordination
- Support planning and execution of accelerator-related events, including workshops, community gatherings, and Demo Day
- Support additional studio events and ecosystem initiatives as needed

- Ability to manage multiple moving parts and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Mandarin preferred)
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building
