Startup Development Manager

About this role

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Startup Development Manager.

You will be working with our internal team to:

Consistently engaging with startup founders to understand their evolving needs.
Crafting workshops, learning sessions, events, and programs tailored to assist founders.
Strategically fostering networks and fostering valuable connections to grow our community.

This role requires a strong passion for startups, a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and exceptional project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage programs, ensuring all activities and events are executed smoothly.
Coordinate with internal teams, mentors, and investors to deliver a high-quality program experience.
Organize mentorship sessions, workshops, and networking events to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among startups, mentors, and industry experts.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to startups, addressing their challenges, and helping them navigate critical decisions.
Cultivate relationships with potential investors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to create opportunities for startups.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to share program updates and outcomes with internal teams and partners.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing startup programs, entrepreneurship support initiatives, or similar programs.
Organized and consistent in project management.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Humble & startup mindset.
Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
Ability to perform in a team environment.
Skilled in various business softwares (Google workspace, Slack, Notion, Canva, etc.)
High level of English fluency (both written and verbal)
